Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These terms are maintained by the Aplomb team and govern your use of the Aplomb service. By creating an account you agree to these terms. This is not legal advice.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not attempt to breach access controls or interfere with other customers' data.
  • Do not use the service to send unsolicited communications.

Your content

You retain ownership of the training material and other content you upload. You grant Aplomb a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your team.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Trials

New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start. If you do not choose a paid plan by the end of the trial, your workspace enters a limited-access state; your data is preserved for at least 30 days.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination we will delete your workspace data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

Warranty disclaimer

Aplomb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aplomb's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
